Usage tips
Deep frying : suitable for deep fryers or pans for fries, doughnuts, spring rolls, fritters, tempura, churros, bugnes… Lower smoke point than Frioline because it contains no palm olein
Uses to avoid
Industrial or very prolonged frying : Without palm olein, stability at very high temperatures is slightly reduced. For intensive use, monitor the oil quality more frequently by testing it with an LRSM tester.
