Usage tips
Gentle, slow cooking: Perfect for medium-heat cooking (stir-fries, pan-fried vegetables, white meats, etc.). Smoke point generally around 200°C, therefore suitable for classic cooking without intense frying.
Hot seasoning: Can be added warm to cooked dishes (pasta, steamed vegetables, rice) to add roundness with a touch of olive.
Everyday cooking: An economical alternative to pure olive oil while retaining a light Mediterranean flavor. A good base for simple dishes (omelets, gratins, soups, etc.).
