Usage tips
This oil is ideal for preparing vegetable tartares, dressing a salad with duck breast and avocado, or a slice of bread with sheep's cheese and Bayonne ham. Use it to marinate duck breast strips or squab carpaccio.
It can also be used in certain sweet preparations such as a chocolate and hazelnut oil sauce.
